Katrina has been a practicing registered psychologist for 20 years and is also a qualified teacher. Katrina works in both the public and private Sectors and has a vast experience in schools, Out of Home Care, disability fields, & juvenile justice centres. Katrina is a NSW facilitator for Positive Partnerships (Autism) and Wollondilly Women in Business.

Simon HenryRegistered PsychologistSimon Henry is a Registered psychologist with over 20 years experience in providing psychological interventions to individuals experiencing a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief and loss, and ADHD/behavioural concerns. Simon also has considerable experience working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum.

Simon’s approach is person-centred and draws on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He works with children, adolescents, adults and families with a focus on collaboration in order to develop understanding of emotional experiences while building upon helpful and adaptive coping responses. Simon is passionate about creating a space within his sessions that allow for creativity and expression in order to further his clients’ understanding of psychological processes while remaining engaged and motivated to work towards meaningful change.
Simon is able to undertake referrals made by medical practitioners (through a Mental Health Care Plan) as well as through the Workcover/MVA/CTP and NDIS pathways.

She works primarily within a Cognitive Behavioural framework, with adults and adolescents, who have a wide range of psychological difficulties, such as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, sexual dysfunction, ARFID, PTSD, Chronic Pain, and psychological difficulties following work-related injury and stress. Additionally, Margueritte also provides vocational and career counselling and assessment as well as a variety of psychological assessments and diagnostic tools for behavioural and intellectual conditions. In addition to this, Margueritte also specialises in WorkCover and Comcare and has worked with ADF, RAAF, Police, probation and parole, NSW Ambulance and other government Agencies.

She is WORKCOVER/MVA/CTP trained, received training in Radical Exposure Tapping (RET), works with NDIS clients, and is a Board-Approved Supervisor. As she has a background in Neuropsychology(Master’s Degree obtained in The Netherlands), she is also interested in providing psychometric testing, assessment and interpretation to assist in the diagnostic process.

Joanne LawrenceRegistered PsychologistJoanne Lawrence is a registered psychologist who graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology in 2010. Joanne has worked in the human resources sector, in public hospital inpatient and outpatient settings and with under privileged people. Joanne is a local but started her internship in private practice in a mining town in outback NSW and finished it here with us at At Full Potential. Joanne likes to work with a range of clients, particularly people who may be apprehensive about therapy.
